Easy, Tool-less Locking for Slide & Angle Adjustment

Fraser, MI - IMAO Fixtureworks offers quick locking Push Lock Clamps that provide easy locking for slide and angle adjustment. Locking is accomplished with a simple 90-degree turn of the handle which pushes out the piston to complete the lock down. This quick clamping solution reduces setup time and increases productivity.

Push lock clamps can lock securely onto flat bars, round shaft and linear rails in many sizes. The internal spring design allows for constant clamping force and prevents over/under tightening. A visible indicator line and noticeable "click" when locked provides secure, error-free operation. These sliding locks are ideal for applications such as positioning of guide rollers and positioning of fixturing tables.

The handles are available in plastic (orange or black) or stainless steel. Two different contact tips are available depending on your holding needs. The diamond surface tip provides the highest holding force, and the flat tip provides just enough force not to damage an object. Also available are shaft collars that can be used in conjunction with the push lock clamps.
