SHIPPING
A variety of shipping methods and carriers are available. Normal shipment is UPS - FOB Fraser Michigan unless otherwise noted. Most orders received by mid-day ship the same day.

There is no additional charge for drop shipments. Backordered parts are always given a high priority and will ship as soon as they become available.

Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Special charges and guidelines apply to shipment outside the United States. Buyer is responsible for all applicable taxes and duties on international shipments.

BLANKET PURCHASE ORDERS
Fixtureworks offers pricing discounts based on order quantity breaks. Pricing for blanket purchase orders is based on the total order quantity. In the event that remaining blanket order release quantities are cancelled and the new total order quantity falls into a different pricing break, the unit price on products already shipped will require proper adjustment. All outstanding order quantities will ship complete 6 months from the date of order unless specified otherwise on the Fixtureworks sales order.

ORDERS ON CREDIT CARD FAQ
Question: "Why has my credit card been overcharged immediately after placing my Fixtureworks order?"

This amount has not been charged to your card, it has only been authorized to include shipping. Shipping charges are based on weight and are applied when the order is being packed and weighed for shipment. At this time, the authorized pending charge is readjusted and posted to your account.

TERMS AND BILLING
Fixtureworks payment terms are net 30 days on approved open account from date of invoice. In addition to open accounts, we accept C.O.D. and most major credit and procurement cards.

Fixtureworks offers a unique blend of innovative workholding technologies to the manufacturing industry. If for any reason you receive a product that does not perform as expected, let us know. We'll quickly provide you with an exchange or refund according to our return policies.

RETURNS AND REPAIRS
To process your request as efficiently as possible, please read our return policy.

Please call 1-888-794-8687 or 1-586-294-1188 for a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied by this number.

Always include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.

Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise or the return will not be accepted.

Materials returned after 30 days from date of shipment will not be accepted.

C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.

Altered or etched items will not be accepted.

Non-standard and/or special order products (including plates, columns and tombstones) cannot be cancelled or returned.

Items that are assembled to order and special order quantities may incur restock fees.

Customers should check orders upon arrival. All damages must be noted on delivery receipt. Shortages and damages must be called into Fixtureworks at 1-888-794-8687 or 1-586-294-1188.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS
Some product may be modified to meet your exact specifications. Please inquire for pricing. Once a custom made product is in process it may not be cancelled. Custom made products cannot be returned.

CHOICE OF LAW
The terms of sale for purchases from this catalog shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan as applied to contracts made and to be performed in Michigan. Any action arising out of such purchases must be brought in courts in Michigan. Purchasers consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Michigan and to service of process by registered mail, return receipt requested, or by other manner proved by law.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
By placement of an order or by acceptance of goods ordered, buyer signifies agreement that no terms, conditions or warranties other than those stated here, and no agreement or understanding, oral or written, in any way purporting to modify these terms, conditions and or warranties, whether contained in buyer's purchase order or elsewhere, shall be binding on Fixtureworks.
